Our Datacenter provider is planning major maintenance in DC5-A in Paris and hardware servers of CloudStrap, and SashiDo will be down during the maintenance.

Downtimes are expected.

We'll ensure all of the Applications in SashiDo with High Availability enabled to be uninterrupted.

If your application is critical for your business, please enable the High Availability feature in the SashiDo Dashboard at least one month before the maintenance so that we can plan the backup infrastructure capacity correctly.
